Express Delivery
We use express shipping service to ship our products worldwide. Espress delivery is as per the delivery table below. The speed of this delivery is dependent upon location, for example urban areas are more likely to be delivered at the beginning of the expectancy delivery schedule, whilst rural areas towards the backend of the delivery schedule.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges to Italy are 8.20€ VAT exc. (10€ VAT inc.) regardless the size and weight of the products purchased.
For the rest of the world, shipping cost may vary depending on the weight of products in the cart.
Please, use the “estimate shipping” available during the checkout to see the shipping cost based on destination country and the weight of products in the cart.
Occasionally, we may upgrade your shipment method at no additional cost to you.
International Shipping Duties and Taxes
Prices showed in our store are VAT excluded. Orders shipped to destinations outside Italy might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

International Post Office Box (PO Box) addresses
We regret that we cannot deliver to international post office boxes. A street address is required for delivery. By accepting these terms & conditions, you agree that you are not providing a Post Office Box address for your shipment. In the event that your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an international PO Box address, we will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs.
Delivery Information
International orders (shipped outside Italy) normally require 3-10 days for delivery. Please be advised international orders can sometimes be delayed in customs. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via email when the order ships) for delivery status.
We are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state; we advise you to check your local laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country bans any products.
Orders placed on Weekends are handled on Mondays, there are no courier collections at weekends.
