Terms of service
The following terms of service (“service terms”) contain information about payment, pricing, shipping, return, refund, and other matters related to the purchase and sale of items from Nemphasis through the website. By purchasing goods from us, you are deemed to agree to these service terms without qualification. If you do not agree to be bound by these service terms, you must not purchase goods from us. We reserve the right to change these service terms at any time by notifying you of the amended service terms on the website. By continuing to purchase goods from us, you agree to be bound by the amended service terms.
We will supply goods to you on these terms only (as we may amend them from time to time). The only circumstance where any variation to these service terms will apply is where we have expressly agreed in writing to that variation or where we have notified you of amended service terms on the website. If there is any conflict with other terms of trade, these service terms will take priority over any other terms of trade.
You must be over 18 years old, have a valid billing address and hold a valid PayPal account to order any products from the Nemphasis website.
Our current prices are set out on the website, but are subject to change and we may alter prices at any time by notifying you of the amended prices on our website. The price for goods is that stated on the website at the time when we accept any order, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by us. The prices showed are refered to goods only. TAX fees are excluded in prices showed in the product page while the price showed in the cart is without TAX (VAT excluded).
The TAX fees (if due), are calculated during the chekout procedure and based on the billing country.

We will make every effort to ensure that products appearing in and/or purchased by you from the website are available, but we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock or immediately available when you submit your order. At such times we reserve the right to cancel any order. In the event of any cancelled order, payments that have been processed will be refunded as soon as practicable, but in any event within a reasonable timeframe.
Estimated timeframe for delivery is 3-10 working days. We will deliver the goods to the address provided during the checkout.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly to exchange the item for you to better meet your needs. You can return the purchased items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund (less shipping charges).
Items must be returned in “as new” condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, cables and instruction manuals included (including invoice).
For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage.
Generally, you return the items to us the same way we sent them to you – in the same condition and with all the original contents.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized orders. All charges related to the return of items to Nemphasis are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Please return the item to us within 14 days and experience no restocking fees, providing the item is in “as new” condition. Please follow the simple steps outlined in Return and Exchange Instructions.
Exchanges In Case Of Shipping Damage
If an item comes damaged as a result of shipping, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery to initiate a claim. A damaged item returned for a replacement may be repaired or exchanged at Nemphaisis discretion. See Shipping Damage or Lost Packages for more information.
We will gladly to issue a refund to you providing the Return Conditions are met. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, a refund will be issued in accordance with the condition of the returned merchandise and the value of missing items, if any. No refunds will be issued before merchandise is received and evaluated.
Shipping charges on returns are not refundable. We do not offer refunds for shipping charges. Please be advised that we are unable to refund any fees imposed by an entity other than Nemphasis, such as customs, brokerage or other fees.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our Customer Happiness Team at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No return or exchange will be accepted without an RMA Number.
- Pack the unit securely using original packing material. Please note that we do not accept COD shipments. Use UPS, Fed-Ex service with delivery notification. Using one of these two shipping methods will make shipment tracking possible. Please insure the package for full value of the merchandise. The merchandise is still your property until it reaches our warehouse and we are not responsible for any shipping damages occurring at this point.
- Please remember to include all the contents such as accessories and instruction manuals that came in the original order.
- Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen returned merchandise.
- You will get a notification as soon as the return has been processed.
All returns are processed within 1weeks of the receipt of returned merchandise. Refunds when applicable are issued within 2 business days of processing the return using the same payment option choosen during the order.
Inspect merchandise immediately upon delivery before the carrier leaves. If you detect visible physical damage or missing items, refuse the package.
Contact us immediately if damage has been detected.
If you receive damaged merchandise or do not receive it at all, the carrier will need to conduct an investigation.
Please notify us immediately about the problem within 3 business days of receipt. DO NOT discard the shipping carton and packaging to facilitate the investigation process if necessary.
All claims are usually processed within 2 weeks from the time of initiation. If the carrier claims responsibility for the lost or damaged item a replacement item will be sent to you.
